How to use

Place the treadmill on a level surface and ensure adequate clearance around the unit. Power on the machine and select a program or manual mode using the console. Adjust speed and incline electronically to match your training plan; the display will show the program profile and current metrics such as speed, time and distance. Start with lower speeds and inclines if you are warming up or in rehabilitation, and increase intensity progressively. For route-based sessions, choose Tunturi Routes and select a video—incline will adjust automatically to match the route.
