Diamond Cutting and Grinding Disc Tvardy 125 x 25 x 22.23 mm for Gres
Diamond Cutting and Grinding Disc Tvardy 125 x 25 x 22.23 mm for Gres
Diamond cutting and grinding disc Tvardy 125 x 25 x 22.23 mm for Gres is a combined abrasive wheel designed for cutting, edge finishing and surface preparation of gres (porcelain stoneware). The disc fits angle grinders and similar rotary tools with a compatible 22.23 mm bore and provides diamond cutting segments for efficient material removal while the grinding surface smooths edges and evens surfaces prior to installation or finishing.
This Tvardy disc combines cutting and grinding functions in a single wheel, reducing tool changes and saving time on-site. The diamond abrasive ensures stable cutting performance and long wear life on hard ceramic materials such as gres. Its dimensions and segment design deliver straight, precise cuts and controlled grinding action for edge chamfering and surface leveling.
Mount the disc on an angle grinder with a 22.23 mm arbor and ensure the tool is disconnected from power before installation. Check that the disc is free of cracks or damage before use. Use steady, moderate feed rates when cutting gres; allow the diamond segments to do the work without forcing the wheel. For grinding or finishing, hold the grinder at a shallow angle and make light passes to avoid overheating and to achieve an even edge or surface. Follow the angle grinder manufacturer’s instructions for safe operation and wear appropriate personal protective equipment including eye, hearing and respiratory protection.
To maximize disc life and cutting quality, keep the cutting path cool by using short, controlled passes and, where appropriate, intermittent water cooling if compatible with your tool and jobsite conditions. Store the disc flat in a dry place and avoid impacts that can damage the diamond segments.
