Roofing silicone sealant Tytan TYTAN 10358 clear 310 ml
Tytan roofing silicone sealant TYTAN 10358 in a clear 310 ml cartridge is formulated for sealing and repairing roof joints, flashings and roof penetrations. The product is based on a rubber formulation that creates a flexible, weather-resistant seal compatible with common roofing substrates. It is supplied in a cartridge designed for use with standard caulking guns and is intended for outdoor maintenance tasks where a transparent finish is required.
The clear roofing sealant adheres to metal, tiles and many roofing materials while remaining flexible to accommodate thermal movement and vibration. It resists weathering and provides a visual, transparent seal that blends with surrounding surfaces. The cartridge format allows controlled application and reduced material waste, and the rubber-based composition ensures long-term performance in outdoor conditions.
Surface must be clean, dry and free of dust, oils and loose particles. Cut the cartridge tip to the required bead size and fit a standard caulking gun. Apply the sealant evenly into joints, seams or around roof penetrations, ensuring good contact with substrate edges. Tool the applied sealant within the skinning time to achieve a smooth finish and ensure full adhesion. Allow the sealant to cure undisturbed according to ambient temperature and humidity until it reaches full elasticity.
Before large-scale application, test adhesion on a small inconspicuous area and verify compatibility with the roof substrate. Avoid applying in wet conditions or at temperatures outside the recommended range. For best results on metal and tiled roofs, clean and dry the surface thoroughly and remove old degraded sealant prior to application.
