Acrylic facade sealant Tytan 280 ml – white is a waterborne acrylic sealing compound supplied in a 280 ml cartridge for use on vertical exterior surfaces. The product cures to a flexible, paintable seal suitable for masonry, plaster, concrete and wood, and is intended for weather-exposed facades and regular maintenance work.

How to use

Surface must be clean, dry and free from dust, loose material, oils or frost. Cut the cartridge nozzle to the required bead size and use a standard caulking gun to apply the sealant into the joint. For deep joints use a suitable backer rod to control fill depth. Smooth the sealant with a pointing tool or wet finger to ensure contact with joint faces and a neat finish. Allow the sealant to cure undisturbed; curing time depends on ambient temperature and humidity.

Usage recommendations

Apply at temperatures recommended by the manufacturer for best curing performance. Paint compatibility should be checked on a small area after full cure. For joints subject to large movement or horizontal applications, select a sealant designed specifically for high-movement or floor joints.
