Wireless Access Point Ubiquiti airCube 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi 802.11n
Wireless Access Point Ubiquiti airCube 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi 802.11n
The Ubiquiti airCube is a compact 2.4 GHz wireless access point supporting IEEE 802.11n with a maximum data transfer rate of 300 Mbit/s. It offers four Ethernet LAN (RJ-45) ports with 10/100 Mbit/s speeds, low power consumption (approx. 5 W) and PoE capability for simplified installation. The unit includes a built-in Super Antenna for wider coverage than standard Wi‑Fi access points and a modern black enclosure suitable for home or small office placement.
Ubiquiti UNMS (Ubiquiti Network Management Software) compatibility enables remote management and simplified monitoring of network settings. The Super Antenna improves area coverage, while 24V PoE passthrough lets the airCube be both powered by and provide power to an airMAX CPE, reducing the need for additional power adapters. The UMobile app for iOS and Android supports straightforward installation and configuration. Its sleek design and low energy use make it unobtrusive in indoor environments.
Connect the airCube to your network using one of the RJ-45 LAN ports or power it via a compatible PoE injector/switch. Use the UMobile app (iOS/Android) for initial setup and configuration, or manage the device remotely with UNMS. If connecting an airMAX CPE, use the 24V PoE passthrough feature to supply power from the airCube to the CPE. Place the device indoors in a central location to optimise 2.4 GHz coverage.
For consistent performance, position the airCube away from large metal objects and other wireless transmitters that may cause interference. Use UNMS or UMobile to keep firmware up to date and monitor device health.
