Crimping Tool UGREEN NW136 for Ethernet RJ45/UTP cables, Black/Green
UGREEN NW136 Ethernet connector crimping pliers are a handheld tool for terminating Ethernet RJ45 and RJ11/RJ12 connectors on UTP cables. Compact and sturdy, the tool performs crimping, cable trimming and insulation stripping in a single operation, making it suitable for professional network installers and DIY users who need to make or repair patch cables.
The pliers feature a head made of Q235 structural carbon steel for durability and corrosion resistance, and an SK5 carbon steel cutting blade that trims wires with minimal effort. An ergonomic handle with a non-slip coating and an articulated clamping mechanism provide comfortable, controlled operation. The tool supports both 8P (RJ45) and 6P (RJ11/RJ12) terminals, reducing the need for multiple tools.
Prepare the cable by cutting to length and stripping the outer jacket to expose the conductors. Arrange the conductors in the correct wiring order, insert them fully into the connector, then place the connector into the appropriate crimp port. Squeeze the handles firmly to press contacts into the connector pins and cut any excess wire. If needed, use the cutting blade to trim conductors and the stripping notch to remove insulation.
Use with standard UTP cables and compatible 8P/6P modular connectors. Avoid excessive force beyond firm compression, keep the tool clean and dry, and store in a safe place to maintain blade and crimping alignment. Follow standard cable wiring diagrams (T568A/T568B) when terminating Ethernet cables.
