Ulanzi CK01 is a compact plate-style quick-release tripod mount designed to provide a stable and versatile connection between cameras, gimbals and accessories. The mount features dual 1/4" threaded connections integrated into a low-profile aluminium plate, allowing simultaneous attachment or alternative mounting positions. Its compact footprint and plate-style connector streamline on-location setups and speed up camera changes for both photography and videography applications.
The dual 1/4" thread design offers flexibility by accommodating two standard screw ports, enabling direct attachment of cameras and accessories without adapters. The plate-style connector provides quick-release convenience for fast mounting and removal, while the aluminium construction keeps the plate lightweight yet durable. The low-profile design helps maintain balance on gimbals and tripods and reduces the risk of accidental snagging during transport or use.
Attach the plate to the camera or accessory by aligning the appropriate 1/4" threaded port and turning the screw until secure. If required, use both threaded ports to mount additional accessories or to change the mounting orientation for better balance. Slide or clip the plate-style connector into the matching quick-release clamp on your tripod head or gimbal and engage the clamp according to the head manufacturer’s instructions. Verify that the device is firmly seated and balanced before releasing support or starting motion.
Ensure screws are tightened sufficiently to prevent movement but avoid overtightening which may damage threads. Check balance on gimbals after mounting and, when using multiple accessories, distribute weight evenly to maintain stable operation.
