UNIPAK sealant paste in a 250 g tube is a paste-type sealing compound intended for forming watertight and airtight joints and repairs. Supplied in a squeezable tube, the paste is suitable for application where a thixotropic sealing material is required to fill gaps, bond edges and create durable seals on a variety of common construction and plumbing surfaces.
The paste consistency ensures controlled application from the 250 g tube and good adhesion to typical building materials and pipe fittings. It cures to form a flexible, resilient seal that resists water and air infiltration. The product is ready to use from the tube with minimal preparation, compatible with manual spatula or caulking tool application and suitable for spot repairs and continuous sealing runs.
Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free from loose dust, grease or other contaminants before application. Cut the tube nozzle to the desired bead size, then apply the paste using a spatula or caulking tool, pressing the material firmly into the joint or defect. Smooth the surface as required and remove excess material with a cloth or tool before curing begins. Allow the sealant to cure undisturbed according to ambient temperature and humidity conditions until the material reaches a flexible, stable state.
For best results, perform a small test application on the intended substrate to confirm adhesion and curing behaviour. Store the tube in a cool, dry place and use within the manufacturer’s recommended shelf life. Avoid contact with skin and eyes; use appropriate protective gloves and eye protection when handling uncured material.
