Soldering Paste with Tin UNIPAK 250 g (AMASAN LF NR-3)
Soldering Paste with Tin UNIPAK 250 g (AMASAN LF NR-3)
Soldering Paste with Tin UNIPAK 250 g (AMASAN LF NR-3) is a ready-to-use flux-cored soldering paste formulated for manual soldering, component rework and small-series PCB assembly. The paste combines a tin-based solder matrix with a low-residue, low-activation flux designed to improve wetting and solder flow on common circuit board surfaces. Supplied in a 250 g container, this product is intended for applications where controlled deposit of solder paste and reliable joint formation are required, including lead-free and tin-containing solder processes where the flux chemistry is appropriate.
The UNIPAK AMASAN LF NR-3 soldering paste provides consistent solder deposition and good wetting properties to promote dependable joint formation. Its flux formulation supports reduced post-soldering residues and facilitates easier cleaning when necessary. The paste’s consistency and stability in the 250 g container make it practical for manual dispensing and intermittent use during rework or small-batch production. Compatibility with both lead-free and tin-containing solders offers flexibility across mixed-process environments.
Apply the soldering paste sparingly to the pad or joint area using an appropriate applicator or syringe, ensuring an even deposit that matches the component footprint or repair area. Heat the joint with a soldering iron or hot-air tool to the recommended temperature for the solder alloy in use until the solder wets the surfaces and forms a smooth fillet. Allow the joint to cool sufficiently before handling. Store the container tightly closed at recommended conditions and remix gently if separation occurs prior to use.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment, adequate ventilation, and follow workplace safety guidelines. Select soldering temperatures and heating profiles compatible with the chosen solder alloy and component thermal limits. Clean residues if required by the assembly process or product specifications, and follow manufacturer storage and shelf-life instructions for optimal performance.
