Supplied as a pack of 12 cartridges, this one-component polyurethane foam expands on application to provide thermal and acoustic insulation as well as adhesion to suitable construction substrates. The product is intended for use on common building materials when applied within the specified temperature window.

How to use

Ensure surfaces are clean, load the 750 ml cartridge into a compatible applicator gun and shake the cartridge if recommended by the manufacturer. Moisten porous substrates lightly to improve adhesion and curing, and apply foam evenly into the joint or cavity. Control the bead size to allow for expansion and avoid overfilling. After curing, excess foam can be cut, sanded or trimmed and finished with appropriate sealants or coverings. Observe recommended ventilation and allow adequate curing time before exposing to loads or finishing products.
