Digital Thermometer Unit UT30R — handheld temperature meter, model UT30R

Unit UT30R is a handheld digital thermometer designed to deliver quick and reliable temperature measurements in a compact, portable enclosure. The instrument provides straightforward numeric readouts on a digital display and is powered by batteries for mobile use. Its simple controls and lightweight construction make it suitable for spot checks in heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), basic appliance testing and general-purpose temperature monitoring in field conditions.

Advantages

The thermometer offers fast temperature readings and a clear digital display for easy interpretation of results. Its handheld form factor and battery operation enable measurements in locations without mains power, while intuitive controls reduce setup time. The device is built for portability and routine use, combining straightforward functionality with low weight for convenient handling during inspections or service visits.

Suitable for

• HVAC spot measurements and on-site system checks
• Appliance temperature testing and troubleshooting
• Field inspections and maintenance tasks requiring quick temperature verification
• General-purpose temperature monitoring in workshops, service vans, and remote locations

Key specifications

• Handheld form factor with compact dimensions for portable use
• Digital numeric display for direct reading of temperature values
• Battery-powered operation for mobility and field use
• Simple user controls for quick measurements
• Designed for general-purpose temperature measurement tasks

How to use

Switch the thermometer on using the power control and allow the sensor to stabilize for a few seconds before taking a reading. Place the sensor or probe tip in the area to be measured and wait until the displayed value settles. Record the measured temperature shown on the digital display. After use, switch the unit off to conserve battery power and store it in a dry, dust-free location.

Usage recommendations

For accurate spot measurements, ensure the sensor makes good contact with the measured surface or is positioned properly in the air stream. Avoid exposing the instrument to extreme humidity, condensation or direct liquid contact. Replace batteries when display dimming or unstable readings are observed, and perform routine checks against a reference thermometer if precise calibration is required for critical tasks.
