The Unold Doppio compressor ice cream maker has two separate stainless steel containers (1.2 L each) for preparing two different ice cream varieties simultaneously. With a total capacity of 2.4 L and a 250 W motor, the appliance uses a self-cooling compressor to produce creamy ice cream in about 30 minutes. Its satin steel and white finish and compact dimensions (409 × 307 × 380 mm) make it suitable for domestic kitchens.
Two removable stainless steel ice cream containers allow simultaneous preparation of different flavors and simplify cleaning. The built-in compressor provides a fast freezing cycle (around 30 minutes) and a freezer range down to -35°C, while the 250 W motor is designed for durable operation. Controls are simple with a rotary knob and the machine’s compact design makes it easy to store.
Place the machine on a stable, level surface and ensure adequate ventilation around the unit. Insert the two stainless steel containers and add prepared ice cream base to each container up to the indicated fill line. Close the lid, select the desired setting with the rotary knob and start the compressor. Typical freezing time is approximately 30 minutes; check consistency and stop the machine when the required texture is reached. Remove containers for serving; they are removable for easy handling and cleaning.
For best results, pre-chill liquid ingredients when possible, avoid overfilling the containers, and follow the manufacturer’s cleaning instructions to preserve the stainless steel inserts and ensure long-term reliable operation.
