Bread Maker Unold 68010
The Unold 68010 Bread Maker (Bread Maker Unold 68010) bakes loaves from 700 g to 1,000 g and offers twelve selectable programs for different types of bread, including a gluten-free option. The machine has a clear LCD display to select loaf size and browning level, a 550 W motor and compact dimensions (247 × 362 × 291 mm). It features a cool-touch housing, a large viewing window and anti-slip feet. The appliance operates on 220–240 V, 50 Hz and comes with a multilingual manual.
The bread maker supports programmable start times up to 13 hours and keeps baked bread warm for up to 60 minutes. A power-failure protection resumes the baking process after brief interruptions. With a choice of loaf sizes and browning settings via the LCD, the appliance is suitable for preparing a range of fresh bread types at home. Its lightweight construction (4.4 kg) and compact footprint make it easy to place in most kitchens.
Place the bread maker on a stable, level surface and connect it to the correct mains voltage. Add ingredients to the baking pan following a tested recipe, then insert the pan into the machine. Use the LCD display to select program, loaf size and browning level. If required, set the delay timer for up to 13 hours. Press start to begin the program. After baking completes, use oven mitts to remove the pan; the keep-warm function will maintain bread temperature for up to 60 minutes.
Use recipes and ingredient measurements suitable for 700–1000 g loaves and follow the multilingual manual for program selection. Avoid prolonged immersion of the housing in water and ensure the viewing window and vents remain unobstructed. In case of brief power interruptions, allow the machine to resume automatically; for longer outages, cancel the program and restart.
