Blender beater ESGE ESG 7010 Stainless steel Silver 35mm
The ESGE ESG 7010 stainless steel whipping disc is an accessory for hand blenders designed for patisserie and light mixing tasks. Made of stainless steel with a compact 35 mm diameter, it handles whipping of egg whites, cream, shakes, mousses and light cake batters, and can also emulsify and whip sauces to a fine consistency.
The whipping disc creates smaller air bubbles during rotation, producing firmer and more stable whipped cream that holds shape longer without added stabilizers. Its stainless steel construction ensures durability and easy cleaning, while the 35 mm size makes it suitable for small bowls and containers. It is compatible with the ESGE ESG 7010 model and other matching Unold Esge attachments that accept this beater.
Attach the whipping disc to a compatible ESGE/Unold Esge hand blender according to the blender's instructions. For whipped cream, use chilled cream and start at low speed, then increase speed gradually until desired consistency is reached. To obtain firmer whipped cream immediately, add 1–2 tablespoons of cold milk per 200 ml of cream and process briefly. For emulsifying sauces or mixing batter, hold the disc just below the surface and move gently to incorporate air and achieve a uniform texture.
Do not exceed recommended speeds for thin liquids to avoid splashing; clean the disc after each use. Follow your hand blender's safety and attachment guidelines to ensure correct fit and operation.
