How to use

Ensure plastic parts are clean, dry and free of dust, oils or release agents. Shake the bottle before use to homogenize the product. For brush application, the primer can be applied directly from the bottle in thin, even coats. For airbrushing, the product can be used directly or diluted with Vallejo Airbrush Thinner or Flow Improver to achieve the desired flow; recommended compressor setting for airbrushing is approximately 15–20 PSI (0.5–1 kg/cm²). Apply several thin layers rather than a single heavy coat and allow sufficient drying time between passes. After drying the surface will be ready for subsequent paints, varnishes or weathering products.

Usage recommendations

For best results, clean the airbrush after use with Vallejo Airbrush Cleaner and apply Mecha primer in multiple thin layers on previously cleaned plastic. Allow full drying between coats and inspect the surface for imperfections before proceeding to final paint and weathering steps.
