The VENTS A 125 VR ABS air diffuser is a professional-grade component engineered for effective air distribution within supply and exhaust ventilation systems. Constructed from high-quality, durable ABS plastic, this round diffuser is designed to withstand daily operation while maintaining its structural integrity. Its 125 mm diameter ensures compatibility with standard ventilation ductwork, making it a versatile solution for both residential and commercial environments where consistent airflow management is required.
Advantages
The primary benefit of this diffuser lies in its robust ABS plastic construction, which offers excellent resistance to environmental factors and ensures a long service life. The aerodynamic design facilitates smooth air passage, reducing noise levels and pressure drops within the ventilation system. Its neutral white finish allows it to blend seamlessly into various interior designs, while the lightweight material simplifies the installation process on ceilings or walls.
Suitable for
- Residential ventilation systems in homes and apartments
- Commercial office spaces requiring balanced air distribution
- Exhaust ventilation in utility rooms or kitchens
- Supply air systems in living areas
When it may not be suitable
This diffuser is not intended for use in industrial environments involving high-temperature airflows, aggressive chemical vapors, or heavy particulate matter that could clog the internal structure. It is also not suitable for outdoor installations where it would be directly exposed to harsh weather conditions or extreme UV radiation.
Key specifications
- Diameter: 125 mm
- Material: ABS plastic
- Shape: Round
- Color: White
How to use
Installation involves securing the diffuser directly into the ventilation duct or a mounting frame. Ensure the connection is airtight to prevent air leakage, which can reduce system efficiency. The unit can be mounted on walls or ceilings using standard fasteners. Once installed, the diffuser requires minimal maintenance, though periodic cleaning with a soft, damp cloth is recommended to remove dust accumulation and maintain optimal airflow.
What to consider before purchase
- Verify that your existing ductwork has a 125 mm diameter.
- Ensure the mounting surface is flat and stable.
- Check if the airflow requirements of your room match the capacity of a 125 mm diffuser.
Usage recommendations
For optimal performance, ensure that the ventilation system is balanced by a professional. Avoid using abrasive cleaning agents on the ABS surface to prevent scratching or discoloration.
