Circular saw blade Verto 61H134, 1 pc, weight 596 g
Circular saw blade Verto 61H134, 1 pc, weight 596 g
Verto 61H134 is a solid carbide circular saw blade supplied as a single piece with a net weight of 596 g and an outer diameter of 250 mm. The blade has a reduced body thickness to enable higher cutting speed and is fitted with sintered carbide (YG8A) tipped teeth designed for rough cutting of wood and wood-based materials such as plywood, chipboard and MDF. Adapter rings are included to allow mounting in most circular saw models, making this blade suitable as a replacement or spare in workshops, construction sites or carpentry projects.
The carbide-tipped teeth (YG8A) provide improved wear resistance compared with standard steel teeth, supporting longer service life during abrasive or heavy-duty cuts. Reduced blade thickness lowers cutting resistance and increases feed speed while keeping acceptable precision for rough cuts. The 250 mm diameter combined with included adapter rings ensures wide compatibility with many circular saws. Supplied as a single unit, the blade is convenient for quick replacement and stocking as a spare part.
Ensure the circular saw is disconnected from power before fitting the blade. Use the supplied adapter rings as needed to match the saw arbor diameter and fasten the blade according to the saw manufacturer's instructions, observing correct blade rotation direction. Select appropriate cutting speed and feed rate for the material; because the blade is intended for rough cutting, use steady feed and avoid forcing the blade to prevent overheating. After installation, perform a short trial cut on scrap material to confirm proper fitting and cutting performance.
Use suitable personal protective equipment (eye protection, hearing protection and gloves) and follow machine safety guidelines. For best results on finish-sensitive work, consider a fine-tooth finishing blade; reserve the Verto 61H134 for rough or general-purpose panel and structural wood cutting. Regularly inspect the carbide tips for wear or damage and replace the blade when performance degrades.
