Jigsaw blade Verto 64H105 for wood and plastic, stainless steel, pack of 5
Verto 64H105 jigsaw blades are 100 mm long blades designed for rough cutting of wood and plastic. With a 6 TPI pitch and a stainless-steel appearance, this 5-piece set is intended for general-purpose demolition and fast material removal in boards and sheets with thicknesses from about 6 mm up to 60 mm.
The blades combine a coarse tooth pitch for rapid cutting with a straight shank suitable for U‑shank jigsaw holders. Their 100 mm length and tooth geometry make them effective for fast, rough cuts in a variety of softer and medium-density woods as well as common plastics. Supplied as a five-pack, they provide quick replacement and continued work without frequent blade changes.
These blades are optimized for rough, fast cutting rather than fine or precision work. They are not intended for thin‑kerf, fine‑finish cuts or for cutting hard materials such as metal, ceramic, or very hard engineered woods. For delicate joinery or smooth visible edges, a finer-toothed blade or a blade specifically designed for finish cuts is recommended.
Install a blade into the jigsaw holder following the tool manufacturer’s instructions for U‑shank blades, ensuring it is seated and tightened securely. Use steady feed pressure and let the coarse teeth remove material without forcing the blade; excessive force can cause rougher cuts and premature wear. For straighter cuts, support the workpiece and guide the tool slowly, and replace blades as they dull to maintain cutting speed.
Use these blades for fast, rough cutting tasks in softer woods and plastics; match blade pitch to the material thickness and keep blades sharp for consistent performance.
