VIRTUOS FV-2030B is a vacuum fluorescent customer display with a 2×20 character layout and a serial interface, finished in white. Designed for point-of-sale and service counters, it shows transaction details, prices and status messages to customers. The model is available with USB power or a serial power option and supports multiple emulation modes and national character sets for reliable use in retail and hospitality environments.

The FV-2030B supports both USB-powered and externally powered serial variants, offers a wide range of control commands for cursor movement, rotations, blinking and time display, and includes 29 national character sets including Czech diacritics (Latin II - CP852). It emulates a serial port over USB using the Prolific PL2303 chipset for broad OS compatibility and provides multiple command-set emulations with OPOS/JPOS drivers. How to use
