The VisibleDust EZ Sensor Kit is a compact cleaning kit for digital camera sensors, supplied in a blister pack. The kit contains green MXD-100 Vswabs and a small bottle of sensor cleaning fluid formulated to remove water and oil stains efficiently while evaporating quickly and leaving no streaks. The components are designed for safe use on coated sensors, including fluorine-coated surfaces, and provide good maneuverability inside the camera chamber.

Advantages

The ISO-alcohol based EZ Sensor cleaning solution (VDust Plus™) dissolves oil and evaporates rapidly for streak-free results and is compatible with both orange DHAP and green Ultra MXD-100 Vswabs. The patented V-shaped MXD-100 Vswabs offer improved maneuverability and homogeneous wiping action, enabling effective cleaning of sensor corners and smear removal. The multi-fabric construction is gentle on coatings while delivering reliable oil and residue removal.

How to use

Before use, follow the camera manufacturer’s instructions to expose the sensor and work in a clean, dust-free environment. Apply the recommended amount of the Sensor Clean™ fluid to a single green MXD-100 Vswab and perform a single, even V-shaped sweep across the sensor surface, using the Vswab’s shape to reach corners without rubbing. Discard the used swab after one use and never reuse contaminated swabs. Allow any residual solvent to evaporate completely before reassembling the camera.

Usage recommendations

Use only on exposed image sensors according to the camera manual. Test compatibility on a small area if unsure about coatings and do not apply excessive fluid. Store the kit in its blister packaging away from heat and direct sunlight.
