Paint stirrer Vorel 09097 — length 500 mm, diameter 100 mm, 1 pc
Vorel 09097 is a paint stirrer designed for mixing paints, varnishes and other liquid coatings. The single-piece paddle measures 500 mm in length with a 100 mm diameter mixing head and is supplied as one unit per pack. It is intended for use by hand or mounted in a power drill to homogenize liquids, improve consistency and reduce air entrainment during preparation.
The stirrer's single-piece design provides structural rigidity and simple cleaning compared with multi-part models. With a 500 mm shaft the tool reaches into deep containers while the 100 mm paddle diameter creates effective circulation of paint for faster homogenization. The accessory is compatible with common drill chucks for easy attachment and reuse across different mixing tasks.
Attach the paint stirrer securely in the drill chuck, ensuring it is centered and tightened to prevent wobble. Insert the paddle into the container so the mixing head is submerged in the liquid but not touching the bottom. Operate the drill at a low to moderate speed to begin, gradually increasing speed as needed to achieve a uniform mix while minimizing splashing and air intake. After mixing, run the drill briefly above the surface to release trapped air and then remove the paddle and clean it immediately according to the material of the mixed product.
Use low to medium drill speeds for best results; avoid excessive rotational speed that can introduce air into the mixture. Clean the stirrer after each use to prevent build-up and possible contamination of subsequent batches. For very high-viscosity materials, consider smaller batches or a mixing tool designed specifically for heavy pastes.
