Square measuring tool Vorel 18374 — aluminium, 1 pc
Vorel 18374 is an aluminium square measuring tool supplied as a single piece. Designed for checking and marking right angles and for layout work, this adjustable T-type angle bracket is intended for carpentry, timber framing, joinery and general measuring applications. The tool features millimetre graduations on all edges and a locking knob that secures the movable arms, providing a lightweight, corrosion-resistant solution for workshop and construction use.
The aluminium construction ensures a durable yet lightweight instrument that resists corrosion during regular use. Millimetre graduations on all edges and clearly marked angle graduations enable precise measurement and repeatable marking. Movable arms connected by a locking knob allow quick adjustment to custom angles and sizes, while plastic end caps protect both the tool and workpieces from damage. The adjustable T-type design accommodates a variety of layouts and installation tasks.
Place the aluminium square on the workpiece so that one arm aligns with the reference edge and the other arm aligns with the surface or cut line. Adjust the movable arm to the required angle or distance and tighten the locking knob to secure the position. Use the millimetre graduations and angle markings to mark accurate cut or drill lines. For repeated transfers of the same angle, lock the arms and use the tool as a template to trace onto multiple workpieces.
Store the tool in a dry place to prevent debris accumulation around the locking knob and keep the aluminium surface clean to maintain clear graduations. Avoid applying excessive force to the plastic end caps and use the locking knob only to secure the set angle without overtightening. Periodically check the accuracy against a known square if precise right-angle work is required.
