Hole saw set Vorel 22565 — steel, 4 pieces
Vorel 22565 is a 4-piece steel hole saw set designed for cutting circular openings in a range of common construction materials. The set contains four sizes of steel hole saws suited for general drilling tasks such as creating openings for pipes, conduits, cables and fixtures. Supplied as a compact pack, this set is intended for use in workshops and on-site jobs where reliable hole cutting with steel-tooth or bi-metal saws is required.
The steel construction of the Vorel 22565 hole saws provides durability for repeated cutting operations and resistance to deformation under moderate loads. The 4-piece assortment covers multiple hole diameters to reduce the need for tool changes and offers compatibility with standard arbors and pilot drills. The compact packaging supports convenient storage and transport between job sites.
Select the appropriate diameter from the 4-piece set for the required opening. Attach the chosen hole saw to a compatible arbor with a pilot drill and secure it to the drill chuck. Start drilling at low speed to center the pilot bit, then increase speed and apply steady, moderate pressure. Use cooling or reduced feed when cutting thicker or harder materials and periodically withdraw the saw to clear debris. After cutting, remove the cut-out disk and inspect the hole for burrs or rough edges, finishing as required.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment (eye protection, gloves) and select the correct arbor and pilot bit for secure mounting. Match the saw tooth type to the material: use steel-tooth or bi-metal saws for compatibility with the set. Avoid excessive feed and high speeds on hard materials to prevent premature wear.
