Masking tape Vorel 75133 — 50 m length, 48 mm width
Vorel 75133 masking tape — 50 m length, 48 mm width — is a crepe-style self-adhesive tape designed for paint masking, surface protection and temporary bundling in DIY, renovation and professional painting tasks. Supplied as a single roll, the tape combines good adhesion and high UV resistance to allow clean removal from a variety of substrates, including rough and smooth plaster, stone, brick and wood. The product is suitable for both interior and exterior use where measured coverage and edge protection are required.
The tape is made of coated polyethylene with a synthetic hotmelt adhesive, providing reliable stick and controlled removal without leaving excessive residue. With a tensile strength of 105 N/25 mm and temperature resistance up to 75 °C, it maintains mechanical stability during application and short-term exposure to heat. High UV resistance extends its suitability for outdoor masking and protection during exterior painting or plastering jobs.
Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free of dust, grease or loose particles before application. Cut or tear the required length of tape and apply with light pressure along the edge or area to be protected. For best results on uneven surfaces press the tape firmly to conform to the substrate. Remove the tape within the suitable timeframe for the job — especially after paint has dried to the touch — by peeling back slowly at a low angle to minimize risk of lifting the fresh coating.
For long-term outdoor exposure or prolonged contact with fresh solvent-based coatings, test a short length first to confirm compatibility and clean removal. Avoid applying the tape to very cold or freshly painted surfaces where adhesion or film formation may be compromised.
