Handheld inspection lamp Vorel 78405 is an aluminum telescopic gripper with an integrated magnet and flashlight function for indoor workshop or garage use. The telescopic arm extends to a maximum length of 56.5 cm and ends in a head with a magnet for lifting small metal parts such as screws, nuts and washers from hard-to-reach places. The head contains three LEDs to illuminate the work area and is mounted on a flexible 360° swivel neck. An additional magnet in the base secures the lamp to metal surfaces and allows hands-free illumination. When collapsed to 17 cm, the unit is compact and its metal clip enables pocket or tool-belt carrying. The LEDs are powered by four LR44 flat batteries supplied with the lamp. Rated IP20 for indoor use, the housing is aluminum and the product is supplied as a single unit.

How to use

Extend the telescopic arm to the required length and position the magnetic head near the metal object to lift it. Use the flexible 360° neck to aim the LED light at the work area for better visibility. Attach the base magnet to a nearby ferrous surface for hands-free lighting when needed. Replace the four LR44 batteries when LED brightness decreases; follow battery polarity markings when installing. Keep the lamp for indoor use only, in dry environments consistent with its IP20 rating.

Usage recommendations

For safe and reliable operation, use the inspection lamp only indoors and avoid exposure to moisture. Replace all LR44 batteries at the same time and dispose of used batteries according to local regulations. Do not use the magnetic head near sensitive electronic media or medical devices that could be affected by magnets.
