How to use

Place the guide over the cutter tooth so the guide seats against the chain and supports the round file at the correct angle. Insert a Ø 4.0 mm round file through the guide and draw the file across the cutter in smooth, even strokes, maintaining consistent pressure and the original cutter geometry. Repeat for each cutter on the chain, alternating sides as required to preserve symmetrical tooth profiles. After sharpening, inspect the chain for evenness and remove any burrs before re-tensioning and reinstalling the chain on the chainsaw.
