TOYA 81522 pneumatic hose is a reinforced technical hose designed for supplying compressed air. It has an inside diameter of 12 mm and a length of 50 m, and is manufactured in accordance with PN-EN ISO 5774. The hose construction uses a soft PVC compound with a hardness of 65 ShA and a textile braid reinforcement, providing a combination of flexibility and mechanical strength. Its layered structure includes a chemical-resistant inner layer, a polyamide reinforcing mesh and an outer layer resistant to weather and UV exposure.
The hose is certified for use with compressed air and has been tested for working and burst pressure strength, bending resistance, delamination strength and flexibility at -10 °C. It offers a maximum working pressure of 10 atmospheres and a burst pressure of 40 atmospheres. Use of PVC ensures resistance to aging and retains high flexibility at low temperatures, while the textile braid improves tensile and abrasion resistance.
Unroll the hose fully before use and inspect visually for any damage from transport. Connect to compressed air sources and pneumatic tools using appropriate fittings and clamps sized for a 12 mm internal diameter. Ensure connections are secure and free of leaks before applying full system pressure. Do not exceed the maximum working pressure of 10 atmospheres. Store the hose coiled in a dry, shaded area when not in use to preserve the outer layer and prolong service life.
Regularly check fittings, clamps and hose surface for wear, cuts or delamination. Avoid prolonged contact with solvents or oils not compatible with PVC inner layers, and avoid sharp edges or kinks during operation. For cold environments, verify flexibility before use; although tested at -10 °C, ensure safe handling when temperatures approach or go below that point.
