The Severin Wurster WT 5005 prepares two evenly grilled sausages to a golden brown in about five minutes. With a compact grey and black lacquered housing and a 2000 W rating, the appliance includes an LED display that shows the remaining grilling time, a removable fat tray and dishwasher-safe stainless steel parts. The unit is designed for grilling without added fat and comes with a wooden grill tong and a lift function for easy removal of sausages.
The appliance offers three grilling programmes — "thick sausage", "thin sausage" and an individual time setting — plus an auto-stop function and a stop button to interrupt the preparation. Detachable stainless steel parts and a removable fat tray make cleaning straightforward. The high-quality LED display provides clear time information and the included wooden tong and lift function simplify handling.
Place the appliance on a stable, heat-resistant surface and connect it to a suitable mains outlet. Select the appropriate programme for "thick sausage", "thin sausage" or set an individual time, then insert up to two sausages. Use the lift function or the included wooden tong to remove sausages when the LED display indicates the cooking time has elapsed. Use the stop button to interrupt preparation at any time.
Clean detachable stainless steel parts and the fat tray after use; these parts are dishwasher-safe. Do not add fat when grilling. Allow the unit to cool before removing or washing parts. Follow local electrical safety guidelines for 220–240 V appliances.
