manual screwdriver Wera 05006152001
The Wera 05006152001 manual screwdriver is a 178 mm insulated tool designed for precision fastening and comfortable handling. It features a multi-component Kraftform handle shaped for fast, low-fatigue working and a hexagonal anti-roll profile to prevent the tool from rolling away on the workplace. The bit and handle assembly are individually tested in a water bath at 10,000 V and rated for safe use at the permissible working voltage of 1,000 V.
The multi-component Kraftform handle combines hard gripping zones for high working speeds with soft zones for improved torque transfer. Color coding and size stamping on the handle allow quick identification of the required profile and size. The hexagonal anti-roll feature secures the screwdriver on sloped or flat surfaces, and the insulation testing ensures safe electrical work up to 1,000 V.
Select the screwdriver by identifying the colour code and size stamp on the handle. Grip the Kraftform handle so that hard zones support fast turning and soft zones transfer torque to the blade. Apply the screwdriver to the fastener and turn with controlled force appropriate to the screw and material. For electrical work, ensure the tool is visually intact and clean before use and follow all local safety procedures for working on live or potentially live systems.
The tool is intended for fastening work and electrical installations up to the permissible voltage of 1,000 V. Do not use the screwdriver if the insulation shows damage. Periodically check the handle and blade for wear and replace the tool when integrity is compromised.
