Wera 05004930001 socket set with 3/8" drive contains 10 insulated Zyklop bit sockets designed for safe electrical work up to the rated 1,000 V. Each socket is individually tested to IEC 60900 and features a two-component insulation: a visible yellow core beneath the red outer VDE insulation for increased safety in case the outer layer is damaged. The compact textile belt holds all 10 VDE bit sockets securely and includes a snap hook and fleece backing for flexible attachment to belts, bags, walls, shelves or the Wera 2go transport system.

How to use

Select the appropriate Zyklop bit socket for the screw head (TORX® or hex). Attach the socket to a compatible 3/8" drive ratchet or handle. Use the holding function to retain the screw during insertion and guide the screw to the component. After use, return the sockets to the textile belt; the smooth turning mechanism allows easy removal and replacement. When carrying, attach the snap hook to a belt loop or bag, or fix the belt to a wall, shelf or Wera 2go system using the fleece backing and hook-and-loop strips.

Usage recommendations

Use only on de-energised systems where possible and always inspect the red VDE outer insulation before use; if the yellow inner core becomes visible, remove the tool from service and replace it. Operate within the rated voltage (1,000 V) and follow applicable safety procedures and local regulations for electrical work.
