Manual precision screwdriver Wera 05020129001 — single precision screwdriver, dimensions 26×10×26 mm
Wera 05020129001 manual screwdriver Single Precision screwdriver is a VDE-insulated slotted precision tool with a reduced blade and handle diameter designed for working on low-lying screws in confined spaces. The Kraftform Plus multi-component handle combines hard gripping zones for rapid turning with soft zones to improve torque transfer and reduce hand fatigue. The tool is individually tested in a water bath at 10,000 V to ensure safe use at the permitted working voltage of 1,000 V. A colour-coded tool finder and size stamping allow quick identification, and a hexagonal anti-roll feature prevents the screwdriver from rolling away at the workplace.
The VDE insulation provides certified protection for electrical work up to the rated voltage. The reduced blade and slim handle allow access to screws in tight and recessed positions. The Kraftform Plus handle balances speed and comfort, enabling efficient work with less hand strain. Individual high-voltage testing increases safety confidence, while colour coding and size marking speed up tool selection. The hexagonal anti-roll design improves workplace convenience and safety.
This precision slotted screwdriver is not intended for high-torque industrial fastening where larger blades or impact drivers are required. It is designed for slotted screw heads only and will not fit Phillips, Pozidriv, Torx, or other drive types without the corresponding tip.
Select the screwdriver by matching the slotted tip width to the screw head and verify the colour code/size stamp. Hold the handle so the hard zones allow quick turning while the soft zones give grip for torque; position the reduced blade into the screw slot and apply steady axial pressure while turning. For electrical work, ensure the tool's insulation is intact before use and respect the maximum permitted working voltage.
Inspect the insulation for damage before each use, choose the correct tip width to avoid cam-out, and use the tool only within its rated voltage and drive-type limitations to ensure safety and long service life.
