Screwdriver bit Wera TX20 Torx Plus 25 mm, hexagonal 3/8" shank (1 pc)
Screwdriver bit Wera TX20 Torx Plus 25 mm, hexagonal 3/8" shank (1 pc)
Wera TX20 Torx Plus screwdriver bit with a 25 mm working length and a hexagonal 3/8" shank is designed for precision fastening of recessed Torx screws. The single-piece bit features Torx Plus drive geometry that improves torque transmission and reduces cam‑out compared with conventional Torx tips. Supplied in blister packaging, the bit is intended for use with compatible bit holders, ratchets and adapter tools where a secure hexagonal 3/8" connection is required.
The bit is manufactured from an extra‑hard material for extended service life and resistance to wear under repeated use. Torx Plus geometry provides better contact between tool and screw, enabling higher torque transfer and minimizing damage to screw heads. The hexagonal 3/8" shank ensures a firm fit in holders and ratchets designed for that shank size, reducing slippage during assembly and maintenance operations.
Insert the hexagonal 3/8" shank into a compatible bit holder, adapter or ratchet and ensure it is seated firmly. Align the Torx Plus TX20 tip with the screw recess and apply steady axial pressure while turning to engage the fastener. Use appropriate torque settings on torque‑controlled tools to avoid over‑tightening. After use, store the bit in its blister or a dedicated bit holder to protect the tip from damage.
Use this Torx Plus bit for tasks that require accurate torque transfer and reduced cam‑out. For high‑torque applications, verify compatibility of the holder and tool and consider using torque‑limited drivers. Replace the bit if visible rounding or wear appears on the tip to prevent damage to screw heads.
