Werma BA15D Incandescent Bulb 15W 230V
The Werma BA15D incandescent bulb is a high-quality lighting solution specifically engineered for industrial signaling systems. Designed to operate at 230V with a power output of 15W, this component provides consistent and reliable illumination for various warning lights and signal towers. Its robust construction ensures it can withstand the rigors of professional environments, maintaining clear visibility for safety and status indication.
This incandescent bulb offers a dependable performance profile, making it an ideal choice for critical signaling tasks where clarity is paramount. The standard BA15D base allows for a secure and straightforward installation process, minimizing downtime during maintenance. Its design is optimized for longevity and stable light output, ensuring that signal devices remain effective over extended periods of operation in demanding industrial settings.
This bulb is not intended for general household lighting or applications requiring high energy efficiency, as incandescent technology consumes more power compared to modern LED alternatives. It is also not suitable for environments with extreme vibration levels that could prematurely damage the filament.
To install the bulb, ensure the power supply to the signal device is completely disconnected to prevent electrical hazards. Remove the protective housing of the signal tower or warning light, gently press and twist the existing bulb counter-clockwise to release it from the BA15D socket. Insert the new Werma bulb into the socket, aligning the pins, and press down while twisting clockwise until it locks securely into place. Replace the housing and restore power to verify correct operation.
For optimal service life, avoid frequent switching cycles and ensure the signal device housing is properly sealed to protect the bulb from moisture and dust ingress.
