Analogue Wiha 411 210 2
The Analogue Wiha 411 210 2 is a compact analogue dial gauge designed for outside, inside and depth measurements. Constructed from a non-metallic high-tech material with 50% fibre-glass content, the gauge balances light weight (104 g) with impact resistance and is intended for precision measurement tasks in workshop and field environments.
The dial gauge features an impact-resistant dial that can be recalibrated to zero, a 35 mm diameter dial for clear visibility, and a fine reading resolution of 0.1 mm where one full dial rotation corresponds to 10 mm. Its ergonomic design and robust construction provide durable performance for professional use.
Secure the gauge in a holder or fixture appropriate for the measurement task. Bring the probe into contact with the measured surface and observe the dial readout; adjust the bezel to set the dial to zero if required. For depth measurements, position the base flat on the reference surface and lower the probe into the feature being measured. Read the value directly from the dial, noting that each full rotation equals 10 mm and the smallest increment is 0.1 mm.
Handle the dial gauge carefully to maintain calibration accuracy; avoid strong shocks despite the impact-resistant dial. Store in a protective case when not in use and recalibrate periodically to ensure measurement precision.
