Tool Wiha ZP 07 1 14 Chrome-nickel steel
Tool Wiha ZP 07 1 14 Chrome-nickel steel precision tweezers made from special alloyed, non-rusting chromium-nickel stainless steel. The tweezers are lightweight (approx. 20 g) and measure about 130 mm in length, designed for accurate gripping and holding of small electronic components. The surface is non-glare black coated with anti-static properties and meets IEC 61340-5-1 requirements.
The straight-tip tweezers have smooth, groove-free gripping surfaces to minimise damage to components. They are anti-magnetic, acid-resistant and feature a controlled surface resistance in the range of 10^6 to 10^9 ohms, reducing electrostatic discharge risk. Constructed from chrome-nickel stainless steel, the tool offers corrosion resistance and long service life.
Hold the Wiha ZP 07 1 14 tweezers by the body and approach small components with the straight 1 mm tip. Use gentle pressure to grip components between the smooth, groove-free tips to avoid marking or scratching. When working in ESD-sensitive environments, ensure the workstation and operator grounding meet IEC 61340-5-1 practices to maintain the anti-static performance of the tool.
Clean the tweezers after use with a soft, lint-free cloth and a suitable solvent if necessary; avoid abrasive materials that could damage the black anti-static coating. Store the tweezers in a protective sleeve or tool holder to preserve tip alignment and prevent contamination. Do not use the tweezers for prying or tasks that exceed their intended precision-handling purpose.
