Tool Wiha ZP 20 1 14
The Wiha ZP 20 1 14 is a precision tweezer designed for handling electronic components. Made from a special alloyed chrome-nickel stainless steel, it has a smooth, non-glare black coated finish with antistatic properties. The tool is anti-magnetic, acid-resistant and meets IEC 61340-5-1 standards for electrostatic control. It measures 120 mm in length, weighs approximately 19 g and is supplied as a single piece.
The round curved fine tip provides accurate gripping for small components while the smooth gripping surfaces without grooves reduce the risk of damage or contamination. The antistatic black coating and surface resistance in the range of 10^6–10^9 ohms help protect sensitive electronic parts. Construction from chromium-nickel stainless steel ensures corrosion resistance and long service life.
Hold the tweezer by the smooth gripping area and use the fine curved tip to pick up and position small electronic components. Work in a clean, ESD-safe workspace and avoid applying excessive force to delicate parts. After use, clean the tool with a suitable solvent compatible with stainless steel and the antistatic coating; dry thoroughly before storage.
Use the Wiha ZP 20 1 14 in ESD-protected workstations and handle only with ESD-safe personal equipment. Store in a dry place to maintain the anti-corrosion properties and avoid contact with strong acids despite the acid-resistant material.
