The Wiha 43613 Stubby Bit Screwdriver with Bit Magazine 8-Piece Set is a compact and versatile fastening solution designed for professionals and DIY enthusiasts working in confined spaces. Featuring a short overall length of 85 mm, this tool allows for high power transmission even in restricted areas where standard screwdrivers cannot reach. The handle integrates a convenient bit magazine containing 7 double bits, providing a total of standard screw profiles for various maintenance and repair tasks.

Advantages

The compact design of the Stubby screwdriver ensures exceptional manoeuvrability in tight spots while maintaining ergonomic comfort and strong power transmission during operation. The integrated bit magazine eliminates the need to carry multiple separate tools or loose bits, as the double bits are securely stored directly inside the handle for quick selection and replacement. Built to professional standards, this 8-piece set accommodates multiple screw profiles, reducing tool clutter and increasing efficiency on the job.

Suitable for

• Working in confined and hard-to-reach spaces
• General maintenance and repair tasks
• Fastening applications with slotted, Phillips, Pozidriv, internal hex, external hex, and TORX screws

When it may not be suitable

This screwdriver may not be suitable for tasks requiring deep-reach access, as the stubby length is specifically optimized for tight, unobstructed clearance areas. Additionally, applications demanding high-torque leverage beyond manual handheld capacity will require specialized power tools.

Key specifications

• Compact overall length of 85 mm
• Includes 7 double bits

How to use

To use the screwdriver, open the bit magazine integrated into the handle to access the selection of double bits. Position the screwdriver tip into the screw head and apply manual rotational force to tighten or loosen the fastener. After use, return the double bit to the handle magazine for safe storage.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify that the compact 85 mm length suits your specific workspace requirements
• Check the included bit profiles against the types of fasteners you regularly use
• Ensure a manual stubby screwdriver meets your torque and leverage needs for the intended application

Always select the correct bit profile and size that precisely matches the fastener to prevent slipping, fastener damage, and premature wear on the tool bits. Store the screwdriver in a dry environment and keep the bit magazine clean to ensure smooth operation.
