Manual screwdriver Multi-bit screwdriver Wiha 45296
PocketMax® manual multi-bit screwdriver Wiha 45296 is a compact, lightweight straight screwdriver designed for electricians and general fastening tasks. The handle stores a magazine with four 75 mm insulated slimBits, providing safe access to low-lying screws and spring clips. The bit depot opens and closes easily with a magnetic shut function and a twistable cap for convenient single-handed handling. The magazine bit holder and the slimBits are tested to IEC 60900 for use on live parts up to 1,000 V AC.
The PocketMax® combines a full multi-tool functionality in a pocket-sized format, weighing only 121 g. The integrated magnetic bit depot allows quick removal and secure storage of the four slimBits. Slim 75 mm bits with front-section insulation enable access to recessed screws while maintaining electrical protection. The twistable cap improves handling when changing or stowing bits. Tested according to IEC 60900, the tool supports safe work on live electrical parts up to 1,000 V AC.
Open the magnetic bit depot by pulling or twisting the cap to expose the slimBits stored in the handle. Select the required 75 mm slimBit and insert it into the magazine bit holder until it seats securely. Use the screwdriver on the intended fastener, taking care to maintain stable pressure and alignment. After use, remove the slimBit if needed and let the magazine glide back into the handle; the magnetic shut will hold it in place. Store the tool in a pocket or tool pouch for easy transport.
For safe work on live components, ensure the screwdriver and bits are free of damage and that the insulation is intact. Use the tool only up to the rated 1,000 V AC and follow local safety rules for live working. Regularly inspect the slimBits and magazine for wear or damage and replace if insulation or tips are compromised.
