Set standard hole saw wolfcraft GmbH 2162000
The Set standard hole saw wolfcraft GmbH 2162000 is a compact kit containing five quick-change hole saw blades and one 10 mm centring drill designed for cutting clean circular openings in wood, drywall (gypsum plaster boards) and construction panels. Housed in a practical storage card, the set is engineered for straightforward, repeatable hole cutting with a metal-bodied design that improves durability for home DIY and trade use.
The hole saw blades feature a quick-change mounting system for fast blade swaps and reduced downtime. A metal body construction provides improved toughness compared with lighter alternatives and helps maintain blade alignment during drilling. The included centring drill (Ø 10 mm) ensures accurate starts and reduces wandering, enabling precise hole placement. The compact packaging keeps components organised and accessible.
Select the appropriate quick-change hole saw blade for the desired hole diameter and secure it to the metal-bodied arbor. Fit the centring drill and clamp the arbor into a drill with compatible chuck size. Position the centring drill on the marked point and start drilling at low speed to establish the pilot hole, then increase speed as needed while applying steady, even pressure. Withdraw periodically to clear debris and prevent overheating. After cutting, remove the saw blade using the quick-change mechanism and clean teeth before storage.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and dust mask when cutting drywall or wood. For clean edges in gypsum boards, keep drill speeds moderate and avoid excessive force. Ensure the drill’s chuck and arbor are tight before operation. Store the set in its original packaging to protect the blades and centring drill between uses.
