Hole cutter Wolfcraft 1-hole model 3761000 — single-hole cutting tool
Hole cutter Wolfcraft 1-hole model 3761000 — single-hole cutting tool is a round cutting accessory designed to create a single, precise circular opening in materials such as wood, drywall and similar substrates. Manufactured by Wolfcraft, this single-hole cutter is intended for use with compatible drills and appropriate pilot bits or arbors and is supplied in a storage box with starter screw included.
The Wolfcraft single-hole cutter provides simple and exact punching for one-off circular holes, suitable for installations such as water taps and other fixtures. Its construction includes a ball bearing to reduce effort during cutting and improve guidance. The cutter is designed for high durability and can be used on sheet steel and stainless steel where applicable. The package includes a 10.2 mm screw starter and comes in a storage box with sticker packaging.
Select a compatible drill and the appropriate pilot bit or arbor, secure the 1-hole cutter according to the drill and arbor instructions, then fit the included screw starter if required. Position the cutter perpendicular to the work surface, start drilling at low speed to establish the pilot, then increase speed and apply steady, even pressure while allowing the ball bearing to guide the cutter. After cutting, stop the drill and remove the cutter carefully; deburr the hole if necessary.
Use suitable protective equipment such as safety glasses and gloves, and clamp the workpiece securely before cutting. Verify material thickness and suitability for the cutter—for stainless steel or sheet steel, use appropriate cutting speeds, cooling or lubrication as required and avoid excessive feed force. Ensure the drill and pilot bit/arbor are compatible and correctly installed to maintain cutting accuracy and tool life.
