Saw blade PRO for pushcut by Wolfcraft, model 1 pushcut saw blade PRO
Replacement saw blade PRO compatible with Wolfcraft pushcut systems, model 1 pushcut saw blade PRO is designed for precision straight cuts in wood and common wood-based materials. Supplied as the core cutting component for routine workshop or DIY pushcut operations, the blade is made from high carbon steel (HCS) and comes with an adapter ring for Bosch PMF 250 CES. The product is packaged in a double blister and intended as a spare or substitute blade for the Wolfcraft pushcut tool.
The PRO blade offers reduced cutting resistance thanks to a blued finish and is optimized for high cutting speed. Manufactured from HCS, it delivers effective performance on soft wood, chipboards, laminate, parquet and certain plastics when used within the blade’s design limits. The delivery includes one adapter ring for compatibility with Bosch PMF 250 CES, and the double blister packaging protects the blade during storage and transport.
Install the blade into the pushcut holder following the manufacturer’s instructions for your Wolfcraft pushcut tool. If using with a Bosch PMF 250 CES, fit the supplied adapter ring to ensure secure mounting. Verify that the workpiece is properly supported and clamp it where necessary to prevent movement. Operate the pushcut system at the recommended feed speed for the material being cut and allow the blade to complete the cut without forcing. After use, clean the blade of debris and store it in its packaging to protect the cutting edge.
For best results, use the blade on materials indicated by the manufacturer: soft wood, chipboards, laminate, parquet and compatible plastics. Avoid applying excessive side pressure, and replace the blade when cutting performance or tooth condition noticeably decline. Wear appropriate eye and hand protection and follow the safety instructions of the pushcut tool and any driving machine.
