hole saw wolfcraft 5484000
The wolfcraft 5484000 hole saw is a 68 mm cutting tool designed for precise and clean holes in a variety of materials. Constructed with a BiM specially alloyed tool body and HSS teeth, it offers durability for repeated use. The set includes one hole saw and a centring HSS drill bit (Ø 6 mm). Compatible with most standard drills and ready for immediate use without a separate mandrel.
The hole saw is suitable for cutting wood, plywood, steel, non-ferrous metals, heavy metals, plastic materials, gypsum and plaster boards. Its BiM specially alloyed tool body with HSS teeth provides improved cutting performance and wear resistance. The product is directly usable without the need for a separate mandrel and includes a centring drill (HSS Ø 6 mm) for accurate starts.
Fit the hole saw to a compatible drill according to the drill manufacturer’s instructions. Mark the hole position and use the included HSS Ø 6 mm centring drill to start the cut, ensuring the drill is steady and perpendicular to the workpiece. Apply moderate, even pressure and allow the tool to cut at its natural speed; reduce feed when entering harder materials. Clear chips periodically to maintain cutting efficiency and avoid overheating.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment (safety glasses and gloves). For metal cutting, use cutting lubricant to extend tool life and reduce heat. Check drill speed and feed rate based on material hardness and follow the drill and machine safety guidelines.
