Circle cutter drill bit Wolfcraft 5928000 — 1 pc, right-hand rotation
Wolfcraft circle cutter drill bit 5928000 is a single-piece right-hand rotation annular cutter intended for creating precise circular holes and cutouts. Designed for use with a drill or cordless screwdriver, this tool provides controlled centre drilling and quick removal of the centring bit so that the annular cutting operation can proceed. The bit is suitable for working with tiles and glazed surfaces when a ceramic diamond-coated annular bit is required; it is built with a turned solid body and an integrated sponge cooling system to support wet drilling and reduce dust.
The annular cutter combines a round shank for rapid chuck clamping with an integrated centring drill that can be removed without tools after positioning. A diamond-coated cutting edge on a solid turned body offers extended wear resistance and dependable cutting performance on hard glazed materials. The internal sponge must be soaked in water prior to use to supply cooling and dust suppression during drilling. The tool is TÜV-tested, indicating compliance with recognised safety and quality assessments.
Fit the round shank in the drill or cordless screwdriver chuck and tighten securely. Soak the internal sponge with water before starting to ensure cooling and dust suppression during drilling. Use the integrated centring drill to position the hole accurately; once the centre is established, remove the centring drill without tools and continue drilling with the annular cutter to the required depth, up to its 45 mm cutting depth. Maintain steady feed pressure and moderate drill speed suitable for the tile material, and refresh water on the sponge as needed during the operation.
Use appropriate eye and hand protection, clamp or stabilise the workpiece, and avoid dry drilling on glazed tiles. Keep the sponge soaked and replenish water regularly to protect the diamond coating and minimise dust. Match drill speed and feed to tile hardness and remove the centring drill after initial positioning to prevent damage to the cutter.
