Circle cutter drill bit Wolfcraft 5928000
The Ceramic diamond-coated annular bit by Wolfcraft (model 5928000) is designed for drilling precise holes in glazed and unglazed wall and floor tiles using a cordless screwdriver. With a cutting depth of 45 mm and a 10 mm round shank, it enables accurate positioning and quick clamping in the chuck. The tool includes an integrated centring drill that can be removed without tools after initial positioning. The annular bit body is turned from solid material and coated with industrial diamonds for long life and consistent performance. An internal sponge must be soaked with water before use to provide cooling and dust suppression during drilling. The product is TÜV-tested for quality and safety.
The diamond coating provides high wear resistance and precision when cutting through glazed tiles, while the 45 mm cutting depth allows drilling through most tile thicknesses. The round Ø10 mm shank ensures quick mounting in cordless screwdrivers, and the removable centring drill offers fast transition from pilot positioning to full-diameter drilling. The solid-turned body increases durability and the integrated wetting sponge cools and reduces dust for safer operation.
Soak the integrated sponge with water before starting. Mount the annular bit by inserting the Ø10 mm round shank into the chuck of a cordless screwdriver and secure it. Use the centring drill to position the hole and begin drilling at low speed to create an accurate pilot. After the centre is established, remove the centring drill without tools if needed and continue drilling at a steady speed while ensuring the sponge remains wet to cool the cutting edge and suppress dust. Apply moderate pressure and let the diamond coating do the cutting to avoid damaging the tile.
Use water cooling throughout the drilling process and keep the sponge soaked. Wear eye protection and a dust mask when drilling despite water suppression. Do not use on very hard natural stone without verifying compatibility; test on a scrap piece first.
