Circle cutter drill bit, Wolfcraft 5930000 — 1 pc, right-hand rotation
Wolfcraft 5930000 is a single-piece circle cutter drill bit designed for creating precise circular holes in tiles and other suitable materials. This right-hand rotation annular bit is intended for use with a drill or cordless screwdriver and is supplied as one piece. The tool features a round 10 mm shank for secure clamping in a chuck, an integrated centring drill for accurate positioning, and a depth capability that allows cutting up to 45 mm in thickness when used in appropriate materials. The bit body is turned from solid material and coated with industrial diamond particles for abrasion resistance, and it includes an integrated sponge that must be soaked in water before use to provide cooling and dust suppression during drilling.
The diamond-coated cutting edge gives high wear resistance and maintains cutting performance over extended use. The integrated centring drill ensures accurate hole placement and can be removed without tools after centre drilling to continue annular cutting. The round shank (Ø 10 mm) allows quick and reliable securing in most chucks of cordless screwdrivers and drills. The sponge insert delivers continuous water supply during drilling, reducing heat and dust while preserving the diamond coating. TÜV testing confirms compliance with recognized safety and quality standards.
Fit the round shank securely in the drill or cordless screwdriver chuck and tighten according to the tool manufacturer’s instructions. Soak the integrated sponge thoroughly with water before starting to drill; the sponge will feed water to the cutting edge during operation to cool the bit and suppress dust. Use the centring drill to position and start the hole; once the centre pilot has created a guiding hole, remove the centring drill (no tools required) and continue with the annular cutting action to the required depth, observing the maximum recommended cutting depth. Operate at steady speed and apply light to moderate pressure; allow the diamond-coated cutter and water cooling to do the work. After use, clean and dry the bit and store it in a dry place.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment including eye protection and a dust mask if water suppression is insufficient. For best results on tiles, ensure the surface is supported and stable, and avoid excessive side loads to preserve the diamond coating and extend the life of the cutter.
