Circle cutter drill bit Wolfcraft 5932000 — right-hand rotation, 1 pc
The Wolfcraft Ceramic diamond-coated annular bit is designed for drilling precise holes in glazed and unglazed wall and floor tiles using a cordless drill or screwdriver. With a cutting depth of 45 mm and a round 10 mm shank for quick clamping in a chuck, it includes an integrated centring drill that can be removed without tools after initial positioning. The bit is turned from solid material and coated with industrial diamonds for durability. An integrated sponge must be soaked in water before use to supply cooling and dust suppression during drilling. The product has undergone TÜV testing for quality and safety.
The diamond-coated cutting rim provides accurate, clean holes and extended service life thanks to the industrial diamond coating. The 45 mm cutting depth enables through-drilling in most tile applications, while the removable centring drill allows fast switching between pilot positioning and annular cutting. The round 10 mm shank ensures quick and secure fastening in the chuck of a cordless screwdriver. The integrated sponge watering system supplies cooling and reduces dust during operation.
This annular bit is specifically intended for tiles and glazed surfaces; it is not designed as a general-purpose masonry or metal drill. For very hard stone types (e.g., some natural stones) or reinforced concrete, a different diamond or carbide tool suited to those materials should be used. The bit requires a cordless drill/screwdriver with a compatible chuck for the 10 mm round shank and sufficient torque for annular cutting.
Soak the integrated sponge with water before starting to ensure continuous cooling and dust suppression. Secure the annular bit in the drill chuck (10 mm round shank) and use the integrated centring drill to position the hole; after initial centring you can remove the centring drill without tools and continue cutting to the required depth. Operate the cordless drill at an appropriate speed with steady pressure, allowing the diamond rim and water to do the work. Re-wet the sponge as needed for longer drilling operations and avoid excessive lateral force to maintain cutting accuracy and tool life.
Use steady, moderate pressure and an appropriate drill speed; keep the sponge moist throughout the operation and remove the centring drill once the hole is positioned to proceed with annular cutting. For best results on tiles, perform drilling with a stable, perpendicular drill angle and avoid twisting or side loads.
