How to use

Secure the handheld drill and insert the hole saw with its integrated shank into the drill chuck. Ensure the pilot drill is correctly seated and set the drill to an appropriate speed for the material being cut. Position the pilot drill at the intended centre point and start drilling with steady, moderate pressure to allow the pilot to establish the hole. Once centred, continue cutting with consistent feed, letting the TCT teeth remove material while avoiding excessive force. Withdraw occasionally to clear chips and prevent overheating. After completing the cut, switch off the drill and carefully remove the hole saw.

Usage recommendations

Use reduced speed and light pressure on tiles and brittle materials to avoid cracking. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment including eye protection and gloves. For best results in masonry and concrete, consider using intermittent drilling and cooling pauses to extend the life of the TCT cutting edges.
