Circle cutter drill bit Wolfcraft 5983000 – 1 pc, right-hand rotation
Wolfcraft circle cutter drill bit 5983000 is a single-piece, right-hand rotation cutting accessory designed for drilling precise circular holes with a standard drill or cordless screwdriver. Supplied as one unit in a polybag with hanging hole, the tool is intended for applications such as preparing openings for electrical installations, recessed spotlights and distribution sockets where accurate round cuts are required.
The adjustable design allows setting the required hole diameter in a few simple steps using integrated scales for accurate positioning. Included Allen keys permit quick loosening and fastening of fixing screws, while the triangular drive socket ensures compatibility with commercially available cordless screwdrivers. Three straight-set triple-tooth blades provide clean, fine cuts in plasterboard and softwood boards, enabling multiple tasks with a single cutter.
Mark the centre point of the desired hole and set the cutter arms to the required diameter using the integrated scale. Tighten the fixing screws with the supplied Allen keys, attach the cutter to a compatible drill or cordless screwdriver via the triangular socket, and start drilling at low speed to position the cutter. Increase speed steadily while maintaining perpendicular alignment to the work surface and apply moderate, even pressure until the cut is completed. Remove the cutter and clean the edges of the hole if necessary.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment (eye and hand protection) and secure the workpiece before drilling. For cleanest results in plasterboard and softwood, use steady speed and avoid excessive feed pressure. Inspect blades before use and replace the cutter if blades are damaged or worn.
