The Wolfcraft VLC 800 vinyl and laminate cutter is a manual cutting tool for precise, dust- and noise-reduced cutting of laminate and vinyl floor boards. How to use

Place the board on the cutter so the cutting line aligns with the blade and the serrated cutter bars. If cutting thin vinyl, adjust the cutting bars to narrow the cutting gap. Lower the cutting lever, ensure the holding-down clamp presses the board firmly against the cutter bars, then perform the cutting motion according to the required angle or length. For narrow strips, use the aluminium profile stop to guide and cut 55 mm wide pieces. No power connection is required; operate manually with steady, even pressure for best results.

Usage recommendations

For accurate results, inspect the blade before use and replace it when worn. Secure the workpiece and keep hands clear of the blade path. Use the adjustable gap for thin vinyl and the holding clamp for angled or longitudinal cuts. Store the cutter in a dry place to maintain the blade and aluminium profile.
