How to use

Place the VLC 1000 on a stable, level surface and rest the panels on the material support. Adjust the cutting gap to the appropriate step for the board thickness (step 1 through 4). Position the panel against the adjustable 90° limit stop for square cuts; set the stop in one of four 40 mm increments to match widths from 210 to 370 mm. For angled cuts or rip cuts, adjust or remove the limit stop as required. Clamp particularly thick boards to the extra-wide cutter bar for additional hold, then make the cut by guiding the blade through the material. The patented return mechanism will move the blade back after the cut.
